Also in July, there are more chances to see a bear in the foothills, for example, when climbing the Mutnovsky volcano. In July, there can still be a lot of snow in the mountains, which is not necessarily bad. You can walk freely in the summer snowfields, you do not fall into such snow, and often it is easier to walk along the snowfield than on rocks. From mid-July, Kamchatka honeysuckle begins to ripen - it is a delicious berry, completely different than on the mainland.

There is no snow in the foothills anymore, and the car can safely pass to the maximum, reducing the way to tourists.
